Retro Retreat

“Ripped from the daily grind, we were transported to another time and place filled with thrills and delights.”

A stunning location and first time party venue The Breakfast Point Country Club dazzled with some very warm weather and a beautiful sunset, all keeping in theme with Palm Springs Poolside. Guests adorned in flamingoes, pastels, flowy dresses and palm tree prints enjoyed Mary's Burgers along with Three Blue Ducks, Poke Bear by Bondi's Best and favourite Happy as Larry Pizza. Not to forget everyone's favourite Gelato Messina scooping up dessert. Someone had to swim in the pool! So we left it up to the professionals and invited Sydney Emeralds Synchro club to don their best flowery caps and swimming moves.

If swimming wasn't your thing, maybe you were on the tennis court, or with the flamingos and pineapple bowls on the Flamingo lawn. With the sunsetting it was time to start hitting the D floor, led by Retro Sweat a dance lesson was the order of the day to really pull put out those Retro Moves. Now that everyone had the moves, Google favourites Furnace and the Fundamentals took to the Pink Motel stage to take us through to night and the end of the party.
